1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, booking any service, or making any payment through SH Analytics Academy ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not proceed with enrollment, booking, or payment.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all paid and free services offered by SH Analytics Academy, including but not limited to:

  • Live courses and training programs
  • Course recordings and learning materials
  • 1:1 mentorship sessions
  • Portfolio creation and hosting services
  • Support sessions, assignments, templates, and related learning resources

Service-specific terms may apply depending on the course or service selected.

3. Course Access, Service Delivery & Availability

  • Access to courses or services is granted only after successful payment verification
  • Course delivery may include live sessions, recordings, assignments, support sessions, and learning materials
  • Mentorship bookings are subject to availability, preferred date review, and final confirmation by SH Analytics Academy
  • Portfolio services depend on the selected plan and the timely submission of required content, files, project details, profile links, and instructions by the user
  • We reserve the right to modify schedules, structure, delivery format, or content when necessary
Access and services are provided for individual use only and are non-transferable.

4. Payment & Verification

  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods or payment gateways
  • Enrollment, booking, or service confirmation is completed only after successful payment verification through Razorpay or any other approved payment gateway used by SH Analytics Academy
  • Users must provide accurate billing, contact, and payment-related information
  • Failure to complete payment or payment verification may result in delayed, cancelled, or denied access to the course or service
SH Analytics Academy does not store card, UPI, net banking, or other sensitive payment instrument details.

5. Session Recordings

  • Recordings of live course sessions may be made available after the session is completed, subject to the applicable course policy
  • Recordings are provided only for enrolled users for personal learning purposes
  • Access to recordings is restricted and may be revoked in case of misuse, sharing, unauthorized distribution, or policy violations
  • Session recordings are released only after the 24-hour course refund window has expired

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Course Refund Policy

We offer a limited, conditional refund for eligible course payments only if all the following conditions are met:

  • You attended the first live session
  • You submit a refund request within 24 hours of the first live session ending
  • Your attendance and payment are successfully verified by SH Analytics Academy

Important Conditions:

  • Refund requests made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted
  • Failure to attend the first live session makes you ineligible for any refund
  • Session recordings are released only after the 24-hour refund window has expired
  • Refund approval is subject to verification of attendance, payment, and account activity
If we detect misuse of access, sharing of session links, unauthorized recording, or attempts to unfairly benefit from the session with intent to request a refund, the refund may be denied.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original or approved payment method.

6.2 Mentorship Refund Policy

No refunds are available for 1:1 mentorship services once payment is made.

If your selected slot needs adjustment, SH Analytics Academy will contact you with the nearest available option.

6.3 Portfolio Service Refund Policy

No refunds are available for portfolio creation and hosting services once payment is made.

Payment confirms your selected plan and starts the content collection, review, and service preparation process.

7. Mentorship Booking Terms

  • 1:1 mentorship sessions are designed for doubt clarification, learning guidance, action planning, and career or skill direction
  • Preferred date, time slot, and mentorship topic submitted by the user are reviewed after payment
  • Final session confirmation will be shared by email or WhatsApp within the stated timeframe
  • If the selected slot needs adjustment, SH Analytics Academy may offer the nearest available option
  • Users are expected to come prepared with focused questions or topics
Mentorship sessions do not guarantee job placement, income improvement, interview selection, or specific career outcomes.

8. Portfolio Creation & Hosting Terms

  • Portfolio creation and hosting services are provided based on the selected plan
  • The final portfolio setup depends on the content, files, project details, profile links, and instructions provided by the user
  • A separate communication may be sent after booking to collect required portfolio content
  • The portfolio setup process begins only after the required minimum content is received, reviewed, and confirmed
  • Delays in providing content may delay project start, completion, or delivery
  • SH Analytics Academy is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, misleading, copyrighted, or unauthorized content provided by the user
  • Portfolio hosting, if included in the selected plan, is subject to the scope, duration, and limitations mentioned in the service details

9. User Responsibilities

By enrolling, booking, or using our services, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and complete information
  • Not to share login access, recordings, session links, portfolio drafts, templates, or private materials
  • Not to record, distribute, resell, copy, or commercially reuse any part of the course or service
  • Not to misuse mentorship sessions, support channels, or communication access
  • Not to submit unlawful, copied, misleading, or unauthorized content for portfolio creation
Violation may result in immediate termination of access or service without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, materials, frameworks, templates, designs, layouts, and service processes are the intellectual property of SH Analytics Academy unless otherwise stated.

Any unauthorized use, sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Privacy & Data Handling

We collect and process personal information such as name, email address, mobile number, course or service selection, payment status, booking details, and other information submitted through our forms.

For payment-related consent records, we may also store acceptance timestamp, public IP address, browser information, Razorpay order ID, Razorpay payment ID, and related audit details.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.

12. Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party platforms for payments, communication, video sessions, analytics, email, hosting, or related service delivery.

We are not responsible for:

  • Technical failures
  • Platform downtime
  • Third-party data practices
  • Payment gateway downtime
  • User-side connectivity or device issues

13. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee job placement, income, interview selection, business results, portfolio performance, or specific outcomes.

Results depend on individual effort, application, market conditions, content quality, and other external factors.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party damages.

14. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Misuse, abuse, or disruptive behavior is observed
  • Course recordings, materials, session links, or private resources are shared without permission
  • False, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information is submitted

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.

General Questions

SH Analytics Academy is a practical training platform focused on helping learners build job-ready Excel and data skills through live, hands-on classes, real-world assignments, and project-based learning.
The classes are live and interactive. This is not a pre-recorded course. Recordings are provided after the live sessions for revision and practice.
The medium of instruction is English.
The courses are suitable for students, job seekers, entry-level professionals, and working professionals who want to become faster and more confident with Excel, reporting, dashboards, automation, and data handling.
It depends on the course. Excel Foundations is suitable for beginners. Power Query and VBA are better for learners who already understand basic Excel operations.

Course Details

The current course lineup includes Excel Foundations: From Raw Data to Insights, Power Query Deep Dive: Clean & Transform Data, Excel Automation Deep Dive: VBA & Workflow Systems, and Complete Track. Availability may differ by course. Some courses may be open for registration, some may be waitlisted, and some may be coming soon.
Excel Foundations focuses on practical Excel skills, formulas, data cleaning basics, pivot tables, dashboards, and real-world reporting workflows.
Power Query focuses on cleaning, transforming, combining, and preparing messy datasets for analysis without manual repetitive work.
The VBA course focuses on building automation workflows, macros, report generators, and tools that reduce repeated manual Excel tasks.
Yes. The courses are project-based. You will work on practical assignments and capstone-style projects so you can apply what you learn.
Yes. Assignments are part of the learning process. The goal is not just to watch a class, but to practice and build confidence.
Yes, eligible learners receive a certificate after meeting the completion requirements, including assignment or project submission where applicable.

Registration & Waitlist

No. Joining the waitlist only means you will be notified early. Seats are confirmed only after registration and payment are completed.
Seats are limited to keep the learning experience focused, interactive, and manageable during live sessions.

Payment & Refund

Payments are made securely through Razorpay. After filling out the registration form, you will be redirected to Razorpay to complete the payment.
No. After successful payment, you will be redirected back automatically. Payment verification will be handled through the system.
Yes. Payments are processed through Razorpay using secure payment infrastructure.
You can attend the first live session. If the course is not the right fit, you may request a refund within 24 hours after attending the first live session.
No. Refund requests are not accepted after the 24-hour window.
Recordings are shared after the refund window to protect the course content and avoid misuse.

Recordings & Access

Yes. Recordings are provided after the live session and after the applicable refund window closes.
Recording access is available for 90 days from the date access is provided.
Paid extension options may be available for learners who need more time.

System Requirements

Yes. For best results, you should have access to a laptop or desktop. These are practical courses, and mobile-only learning will not be enough.
You should have Microsoft Excel 2016 or later installed to get the maximum benefit from the course.
You can attend, but it is not recommended. You will miss the hands-on practice, which is the main value of the course.

Add-On Services

Currently, two add-on services are available: 1:1 Mentorship Call and Portfolio Creation & Hosting.
The 1:1 mentorship call is available only for enrolled students.
You get personalized guidance, doubt clarification, career and skill advice, and a practical action plan based on your current level and goals.
It is an add-on service where SH Analytics Academy helps you create and host a professional portfolio website to showcase your projects.
Yes. You can choose from three portfolio styles: Clean Professional Portfolio, Data Analyst Case Study Portfolio, and Personal Brand Portfolio.
Yes. All three styles are available across Starter, Pro, and Premium plans.
After successful payment, you will receive an email with the list of required assets and information needed to begin the portfolio creation process.
Yes. You need to provide your details, project information, images/screenshots, links, and other required assets. Depending on the plan, the content may be structured and polished professionally.

After successful payment and verification, your registration will be confirmed. You should receive the relevant confirmation details through email or message.
Contact support as soon as possible so your details can be corrected before class communication or certificate processing.
You can refer to the class recording once it is made available. However, attending live is strongly recommended because interaction and real-time doubt clarification are important parts of the learning experience.
